The University of Ghana SRC President, Ms. Esinam Afi Seade has nominated ten (10) students to serve on various boards and committees of the University.
This is in line with the recent directive from the University to have a voice in the running of the nation’s premier university.
Among the list of nominees are former SRC Presidential aspirants, Mr. Allen Obeng Asare and Mr. Joshua Atabinore, who contested and lost to the current president.
The Esinam-led administration may be seen as an all inclusive administration with individuals who contested her in SRC elections willing to serve in various capacities under her leadership.
Her administration has also experienced the highest number of appointees either resigning or dismissed in recent times. Just this week, Former Local NUGS President, Mr. Derrick Abosti was fired for not kowtowing to the powers of his boss; Ms. Seade.
