President of India, His Excellency, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee will this evening deliver a keynote address on Ghana and India’s partnerships at the University of Ghana.
The address will focus on “India’s Partnership with Ghana: Youth and Education”.
President Mukherjee’s visit to the University of Ghana forms part of his 3-nation tour of Africa.
Earlier this morning, he held a meeting with President Mahama and signed a number of agreements to foster development between the two countries.
While in Ghana, President Pranab Mukherjee visit the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park and plant a tree at the Flagstaff House to signify the strong bond of friendship between India and Ghana.
He will also he will address a business forum at the Ghana-India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT as well as unveil a statue of Mahatma Gandhi gifted by the Indian Council of Cultural Relations before departing on Ivory Coast on Tuesday, 14th June.
President Pranab Mukherjee’s address will be streamed live on www.radiounivers1057.com, YouTube as well as carried live live on Radio Univers 105.7MHz.
