The Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) has postponed the Evening Encounter with the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Nana Addo was scheduled to take his turn on the platform on Tuesday July 5, 2016 but social media announcement by the IEA said the encounter has been postponed to a later date.
No exact reason was given for the postponement but the Institute cited “circumstances beyond its control.
The Executive Director of IEA, Mrs. Jean Mensah in a tweet, apologized for the inconvinience caused as a result of the development.
She however assured the public that a new date will be announced in due course.
